Directions:

From J6 of the M25 go South on the A22 towards East Grinstead and Eastbourne (Eastbourne Road). Go straight over 2 roundabouts staying on the A22. Take the second right hand turn after furniture shop (OKA Furniture) into Tilburstow Hill Road which is about 1.5 miles after the second roundabout (note, do not enter Water Lane from the A22 it is not suitable for vehicles from that direction).

Then take the first right hand turn into Water Lane by the Nursing Home. We are about 200 yards on the left. If you go under a railway bridge after you have turned right off the A22 you have gone too far! Turn around...

Please do not enter Water Lane from the A22, it is NOT suitable for vehicles from that direction.
